Busy Bodies Fee Schedule

Hours:

By appointment almost any time.  We try to be flexible to meet your needs.  Weekends may incur an extra charge. Call 805-341-2151 (cell).  We service most of Ventura and L.A. counties.

Assistance Work:       

$30.00 per hour, minimum one hour charged.

Travel Reimbursement:

$10.00 (per trip) for travel reimbursement for jobs in Simi Valley.  $20.00 to $35.00 (per trip) for travel reimbursement for jobs outside of Simi Valley, up to 25 miles one way.    Additional charges apply for further distances.

Purchases/Expenses:          

For clients requesting estimated purchases/expenses over $50.00 be made on their behalf, a “purchase deposit” is required.

Notary:             

$10.00 per signature (plus travel reimbursement as stated above).

Notary Loan Signing Agent:

Fees negotiable upon request (minimum $125 in Simi Valley) plus e-docs printing 1 original set and 1 copy set of documents fee $25.00.  Lender's errors, no-shows (or late 30 minutes), refusals to sign or cancellations less than 24 hours from time of signing are subject to the entire fee.  Firm or Lender is responsible for courier postage. Additional travel fees charged for jobs outside of Simi Valley.

Seniors (65+):   Discounts available.  Please inquire.

North Valley Chamber of Commerce Members:  10% Discount on Assistant Services.

Payment Accepted:

Cash, money orders, check, or credit card via PayPal. Payment expected at time of Service. No Refunds. $30.00 fee assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution.  Accounts 30 days past due incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
