By appointment.  We try to be flexible to meet your needs.  Weekends may incur an extra charge. Call 805-341-2151 (cell).  We service most of Ventura and L.A. counties.

Travel and Mileage Reimbursement:

*Additional travel/mileage reimburement fees may be added for errands or courier work, depending on the situation. Please call to discuss.

*$20.00 (per trip) for travel and mileage reimbursement for Notary jobs in Simi Valley.  $25.00 or more (per trip) for travel and mileage reimbursement for Notary jobs outside of Simi Valley, (charge depends on distance). 

Purchases/Expenses:          

For clients requesting estimated purchases/expenses over $50.00 be made on their behalf, a “purchase deposit” is required.

Notary:             

$10.00 per notarized signature (plus travel and mileage reimbursement as stated above if applicable).

Notary Loan Signing Agent:

Fees negotiable upon request (minimum $100 in Simi Valley) plus e-docs printing 1 original set and 1 copy set of documents fee $25.00.  Lender's errors, no-shows (or late 30 minutes), refusals to sign or cancellations less than 24 hours from time of signing are subject to the entire fee.  Firm or Lender is responsible for courier postage. Additional travel fees charged for jobs outside of Simi Valley.

Discounts:  Discounts available for seniors (65+) and active military.

Payment Accepted:

Cash, money orders, check, or credit card via PayPal. Payment expected at time of Service. No Refunds. $30.00 fee assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution.  Accounts 30 days past due incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
